I first started the DJ business in 1986. Since then I have performed countless weddings, Bar and Bat mitzvah's, Anniversaries, Birthday parties, school functions, corporate parties and local resorts. I have traveled as far as Georgia to play. No job is too far, too big or too small.I have a library spanning from the 1930's to today's music containing over 30,000 songs. I also include giveaway packages and participate at every event. Which is optional depending on the client. I also have many references available upon request. Andy started his lifelong career as a disc jockey in 1973 and performed his first wedding reception when he was fifteen. Andy performs at wedding receptions around the country and Canada each year. His continued use of true concert audio & lighting systems are a testament to his commitment to excellence and uniqueness in field of stereotypical disc jockeys. His wife, Lynn Pratt is also a disc jockey for 25 years. They are consummate performers of the highest degree who realize that although they are showman, it's not their show... it's your wedding reception! Their passion is performing at one of life's most memorable events… wedding receptions, and they would love to perform at yours!

Ray Alexander is a pianist, performer, and teacher living in the Adirondacks.
Ray has performed in Bolton Landing for over 20 years and has played hundreds of
weddings and private parties. The main ensemble consists of Ray Alexander on Piano,
Greg Brown on Bass, and Ted Mackenzie on Drums. Ray's band Island Storm consists
of the rhythm section, a singer, and the option of horns and/or guitar. Services include
any arrangement of musical instruments & singers for ceremonies, dancing and listening.

As an entertainer, I’m what’s known as a purist. I play the acoustic guitar and I sing. 
I perform a wide variety of music including songs from James Taylor, Jimmy Buffet, CSN, Dan Fogelberg, to Jason Maraz, John Mayer, Van Morrison, Bonjovi, Willy Nelson, and John Denver. I also perform original music and instrumentals. I don't use any additional effects such as "drum machines or harmonizers" or any type of recorded music in the background. The music I perform is appropriate for the occasion and performed at a comfortable volume and emulates the particular artist's version of the song. I'm excited to be associated with Highlands Castle and the opportunity to be a part of your special day.
